The patch is already in the v1.0 branch, we are planning to release a new version soon.

Actually, would you mind installing the v1.0 branch as a plugin and test in your application to see if everything is working fine?

Done :-)
It seems it's working fine as a plugin with Rails 2.3.8 (with Rails 2.3.5, there's an error: "html_safe")
