I might suggest looking into Render
Works great with rails and u have a free instance option which would be great for this example project.

The link is also broken when running the install task.
$ rails generate simple_form:install --bootstrap
[Simple Form] Simple Form is not configured in the application and will use the default values. Use `rails generate simple_form:install` to generate the Simple Form configuration.
