I have it installed how can i use this as a citizen? ( i gave myself the pass)

Hi there, first of all thanks for share this excellente resource for RP servers.
I really like the idea so im trying to make it work, i added the mentionated event to client.lua inside esx_ambulancejob resource and started the esx_firstaid resource properly.
I just giveitem "firstaidpass" to me and used it (no message saying that i used it) since without using it i cant do the acction when someone is dead. So doing that i can start to firstaid a dead player and the animation will go perfectly and sync with the config.lua settings that i provide, the only and most important thing is that its not adding time to bleedertime, and i cant use it, so please since you know better , can you help me to fix the issue ?
