It appears that the Google Earth plugin is taking time to load, as the loading spinner spins. When the spinner is done spinning however, Google Earth is not displayed on the web page. There are two possibilities I see right now.

1. Google Earth dosn't display on local servers. I think I vaguely remember this form developing using the plugin before. I'll try other locally served pages and see if Earth appears.
2. There is actually a syntax error on the page. I'll gut more of the scripting to get the error to go away and see if Earth appears.

The input v3 map only displays correctly on the very left edge of the screen. I suspect this has to do with how the underlying html page is subdivided, which is actually much more complex than it needs to be for this app.
