I suggest changing the text:

Is there a way we can keep the theme/title but make it more subtle?

Keep the Colorado 'C-logo' but also make it a little more subtle in some way?

Remove all the Colorado Spring Data

1. Update look and placement of button
2. format total payments at the top of the payment list to stand out more
3. Issue #8 - improve the initial description to encourage user to click map to explore how much each city received from medicare grouped by specialty

Add a three layer (blue, white, blue) header to the top with 100% width (does not need to be responsive) with enough space to add a colorado icon in the top left later. Include the site title in the white (2nd) layer.

Create linkedin and github avatars/icons for links

If you hover over some dots, Lakewood, for example, the white circles on the map that represent other locations goes in front of the city name text making it difficult to read.
