Redefine c! as separate for hashmap/list?

As discussed on Reddit, I think the c! macro is a little too ambiguous to quickly parse with the eye. Personally, I would prefer list! and map! macros rather than combining them so it's more obvious. I don't think the syntax needs to be so succinct that it only requires one letter, but l! (or maybe v! considering how hard on the eyes l! is) and m! might be better.

Just a suggestion for what I perceive to be an improvement to using sugar. It could also be that sugar offers both styles (to not break backwards compatibility and offer value to people with both opinions).
