Pulse_Rate_Monitor❤️

A app based heart rate monitor that measures pulse from the fingertip using phone's camera and its flash.

How to use it

First place your finger on the device so that it covers both the flash and the camera. The flash should turn on during the measurement. Try to keep your finger as stable as possible because even small movements will disrupt the measurement. The BPM reading should be accurate when the graph looks stable as shown in the screenshot above.

App should have a list of healthy ranges for different types of people

e.g.

0-2 biological male:
2-8 male:
8-12 athletic female:
70-85 obese male:

etc.

First place your finger on the device so that it covers both the flash and the camera.

That should be the text in the app rather than 'Place index finger on the camera and tap the heart icon.'

Make project iOS ready

Build and fix project for iOS.

Just to point out that this makes updates impossible, as Android would not except an APK as update for an installed app using a different signing key. So please keep using the same key for signing – and take good care not to loose it 😉
