I am Harikrishnan K, a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science and Engineering, proudly completing my degree in 2024. My journey through college has nurtured a deep passion for web development, and I am excited about creating dynamic and user-friendly websites. Java has always intrigued me, and I have dedicated a significant part of my academic life to mastering this powerful language. -During my time in college, I had the opportunity to develop and demonstrate my leadership and influencing skills through various roles and responsibilities. As an NSS volunteer, I organized and led community service projects that involved coordinating with team members, managing logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of events. These experiences taught me the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and strategic planning.In addition to my role with the NSS, I was an active IEEE volunteer, where I took on the responsibility of organizing technical workshops and seminars. This role required me to influence and motivate my peers to participate and engage in these events, which enhanced my ability to inspire and drive others towards a common goal.Furthermore, serving as the class representative provided me with a platform to represent my classmates' interests and concerns. I acted as a liaison between the students and faculty, advocating for my peers and facilitating effective communication. This position honed my leadership skills, as I had to balance diverse opinions, make informed decisions, and lead by example.Through these experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in leadership and influence, which I am eager to bring into my professional career. • In my view, Kerala has tremendous potential to excel in the technology startup ecosystem. The state boasts a highly literate population, strong educational institutions, and a growing number of tech-savvy young professionals. To harness this potential, Kerala needs to focus on a few key areas.
