A simple one page PHP visitor counter

How to use:

• Copy counter.php to desired path on website
• If you want to modify the style for the outputted HTML element, change it at the bottom of counter.php. You can also configure what is displayed using variables at the top of the script
• Insert <script type="text/javascript" src="counter.php?show=this"></script> into index.html
