Codepen HTML5 Screensaver Pack for Cinnamon

A colletion of various animated HTML5 pages adapted from Codepen.io for use as screensaver in Cinnamon 2.6+ / Linux Mint 17.2+ (WebKit engine).

Download and installation

Codepen HTML5 Screensaver Pack for Cinnamon is available as an installable .deb package for Debian-based systems. However it is compatible with all major existing Linux distributions with Cinnamon desktop environment already installed.

To download the .deb package, go to releases section and download the latest version of it. Install with a package installer like GDebi or enter the following command in a Terminal (in the folder where is the downloaded file):

sudo dpkg -i codepen-cinnamon-screensaver-pack_ver.si.on_all.deb
(replace ver.si.on with the downloaded application version number)

Usage

• Go to "System Settings" in your Menu and click on "Lock Screen".

• In "Screensaver" tab, choose one that you want.

• You can see the screensaver running by clicking "Menu" > "Lock Screen" or typing Ctrl + Alt + L in the keyboard.
