Feature::getPropertyDefinitions()

Could be a better way to encapsulate.

Features are then nothing more than collections of property definitions.

Should be possible to add (and remove?) features during execution. Think adding a new infusion. (But removing a drug from the rack does not necessarily remove its affect on the body..)

Patient is not neccesary, everything should be a property of Scenario.

Value renamed Property. Remove NullValue.

PropertyDefinitionInterface

Properties are processed in scenario and that makes it easy to log.
