`Unexpected "metadata_db" block` on section 'Setup an ECS cluster'

Hi,

I am new to Airflow. Your repository is educative to learn both the tool and its infrastructure using AWS. On section 'Setup an ECS cluster', step 3,, I got error below by command run terraform -chdir=infrastructure apply -target=aws_ecr_repository.airflow.

After that, I did not run any command further. I suggest, adding some in-between steps, like credentials setup or AWS service instance creation, to make the reader aware of it.
