For some reason, the "filter" command is not pulling out any of the config from hsd.conf

I suspect it's due to this line: https://github.com/bcoin-org/bcfg/blob/master/lib/config.js#L164

As in the data is stored in config.data, which is not being transferred over in the filter. Need to open an issue/P.R. for this later.

Currently hindexer only works as a plugin to HSD.

Ideally, this would be able to be run as an external service. I think the easiest way to transition the code to this is to move the "connect" blocks to a file that is only called if it's included as a plugin, otherwise we call the rpc methods and potentially listen to the HSD client via web sockets to add blocks.

Everything else can pretty much stay the same, we just have to change the "connection" code.

Right now we have the db initialization and config inside of the indexer file -> I'd like to pull this to it's own file so that it's more structured and easily seen.

Right now syncing ~14,000 blocks into a PG database is taking my laptop just under 5 minutes. We can speed this up drastically by batching the inserts rather than doing each one individually.

Right now hindexer will crash the entire node if it can't connect to postgres.

We should handle these errors gracefully, and just crash hindexer not the entire hsd node.
