缩略图路径中带有括号，会导致首页缩略图无法正常显示。

页面JS，占用内存随着屏幕比例缩放次数增加，不断倍增，在控制台监控内存变化，初始化时才几MB，拖动几次之后，就上了100多MB

1. 开启 Pjax 之后，文章代码高亮渲染会有问题。
2. 同上，开启 Pjax 之后，评论无法加载。

目前默认的缩略图使用的是 .halo/templates/themes/louie_senpai_siren/images/temp.jpg 这个图片，我想更换，尝试手动替换了该图片，但是默认的缩略图并没有更改，想请教该如何设置？
