Properly size images

Serve images that are appropriately-sized to save cellular data and improve load time.

主要是工作经验和项目图片这两部分的图片都需要优化。

Projects Card layout not fit lazyload

Card layout 初始没有高度，会导致 Card layout 在计算整体高度的时候计算出错，从而卡片出现堆叠重合的情况。目前最好的解决办法就是固定住 image 的长宽，这样 Card layout 在初始化的时候就能确定长宽了。
