In the PDF / README.md instruction for this tutorial, it says:

The PDB file of our receptor should now be ready for docking. You can also check the file format with:
pdb_format.py 2J8S-renumbered.pdb
This will report formatting issues.

However, I cannot find pdb_format.py and the tutorial I followed before (the one for using a local version of HADDOCK) uses pdb_validate.py to check the PDB file for formatting errors.
