I think we should have a license, I suggest "MIT", I would love to propose a PR for this

[DOCS]: Code of Conduct

We need a code of conduct, I suggest the one that GitHub gives by default - would love to contribute

Addition of rules

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Yes, we have not made rules clear about HackSquad, so peeps are taking advantage of that

Hacksquad nearly has 600 teams reg., In fact everyone wants swags/prizes but they should be made clear about the rules of the event should be followed as well.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add new rules :)
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Should add following rules to existing ones:
low quality pull/merge requests: scripted opening pull requests to remove whitespace, fix typos or optimize images.
Disruptive pull/merge requests: Taking someone else’s branch/commits and making a pull request.
Updating or Adding Readme.md/Contributing.md/.yml contributions will not be counted
Contributions made for own Org or Repo will not be counted

Describe alternatives you've considered

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

[DOCS] : Add a contributing guide

Description

I think it's important to have a contributing guide to a project. Since there is none, I would like to add a contributing guide to it.
At the same time please let me know all the important details that must be included in it, otherwise, I may generalize it.
