Force reboot or shutdown even if VMWare Tools are installed 

Thank you for the great application! I would like to solve this situation: I 
have a VM that is crashing from time to time. It has VMWare Tools installed. As 
it is not completely crashing, the tools seem to be responding, but a graceful 
reboot is not possible any more (it hangs somewhere).

So I would like to power off or hard-reboot the VM which is not working as you 
are gracefully shutting down as soon as the Tools are installed...

Would it be possible to display buttons for a hard-reboot (reset) or shutdown 
even if tools are installed?

Esxi 5.5 compatibility 

Has anyone got this working on Esxi 5.5? On OSX I can see all my VMs but the 
start/stop/reset controls don't appear to work. Just get the status info.
