主要交流阵地转移到 QQ 群啦
经过一个多月的时间，发现使用 Discord 交流并不合适，主要是用的人太少，无法起到宣传的作用，而且对组织大多数成员来说，多一个 im 无疑会增加 workflow 的负担，随后本想使用 telegram，但考虑到学校里的重度 tg 用户也不多，最后就来到 qq 了。
- 群介绍：讨论包括但不限于 Rust，开源 等编程相关的一切。欢迎哈工大三个校区中对开源感兴趣，喜欢编程的大家加入，同时，也欢迎外校的 Rust 爱好者。群名片建议修改为 GitHub id。
- 会持续分享各种资源以及讯息，根据发展情况可能举办线下 meetup。
- 会在 Twitter 以及 QQ 空间进行推广，考虑拉一些清华，上交，北邮等学校的朋友（大佬）。
