Quality Assurance checker of meta-data in climate data sets (netCDF files) for CF conformance and CMIP5 and CORDEX projects conventions.

Add additional config file / or expand the existing one (correlating check numbers to short explaining text) to be able to give more detailed explanations to individual checks.
To be used by qa tool (for "verbose" log file generation or automatic documentation tool providing overview of checks)
