hq?x scalers added to classic, enhanced scalers are in the works

Nice, scaler did work i think. But somehow my screen was missing either part of 
top
or part of bottom of the picture, that depended how screen was configured in my 
LCD
monitor. Monotrors manual or autoconfigure didn't work. Resolution was 1024x768 
which
should be fine on my monitor. there may be something wrong in my setup.

That's a bug that is affecting me too (and was before the new scalers), but I 
don't 
know why yet, nvidia seems to do some pretty screwed up shit when mapping the 
screen 
to LCDs.

Implemented in enhaned a few revisions ago.
