There have been a few plotting bugs in need of squashing.

• Make the colormap used for FAP colour scale colour-blind friendly and uniform perception. The colormap to use here appears to be cividis.
• Fix the odd y-axis scaling that sometimes happens in injection plots.
• Remove the time smearing in the sky grid plot
• Have the sky grid plot wrap correctly, i.e. x-axis should not start/end at 0/360 degrees when a grid crosses the meridian

Looks like we need the inspiral_metric module of pylal for sbank:

I am not sure that this is an actual bug, but just wanted to report it it here in case it is.
On lines 144-149 of ligolw_cbc_align_total_spin

It looks like the last 2 items should be "t","v" and not "l", "l" to correspond to TAMA and VIRGO.
