Some of the private URLs have clearly leaked to general public use. Implement a way block these tokens so the real owner has to regenerate.

Was just brainstorming some ideas and realized some drawbacks to query string parameters for storing auth credentials "on the wire".

Try to generate feeds where the URL includes a basic auth prefix of <refresh_token>@<auth_token> which is a much more appropriate place to store credentials.... if it works.

Since no domains are in use, we can also support a long term migration of older feeds to the new URL format.

It started showing up again.

This line is throwing

a ERR_INVALID_CHAR' error after I update. Not sure why.

If I want to play around with this repo for myself, what's the correct setting for the mobileApiUrl? Do I have to create an App on Gumroad to get one or is it a common endpoint?

Looks like heroku just doesn't deploy from GitHub no mo.
