I'd like to make sure all of the translations complete before I ship 3.1.0. The following items will need to be updated before it can be published:

Hello @guideguide/translation! GuideGuide 4.3 has a bunch of new features and some new messages to go along with them. I've also added a few messages that were not previously being translated.

I changed the process again (sorry). It's similar to before, but the file lives in this repo now so I can make it open source. All translations go in:

To see what needs an update from you, please search that document for # TODO: Due to the amount and breadth of the changes in this version, I'll have it in beta for a while. I'm hoping to ship the update some time before the end of March.

I know there are some German GuideGuide users. It'd be great to get a translation for them.

Created zh_tw translations.

Please note some of the grammar might not be natural as I noticed some messages have a file name or something else attached to it to be a whole sentence.

I should set up tests for testing messages that have a variable pass through them to make sure things don't break.

@thiagotomasi I added a few messages after you submitted your pull request. Would you be willing to update the new ones I added?

Some new messages have been added, so GuideGuide is missing a few Spanish translations.
