Line 37 of Syntax.php should be

$info  = DOKU_PLUGIN.$parts[2].'/plugin.info.txt';

instead of

$info  = DOKU_PLUGIN.'/'.$parts[2].'/plugin.info.txt';

otherwise it will produce double slash in path:

tar archive unpacking content to directory "hiddenswitch" instead of "hiddenSwitch" that's why on unix systems where case is matter produce path error.
Change directory name to "hiddenSwitch" suggested or correct code to match dokuwiki standard (lowercase plugin names)

So, simplest solutions to kill both problems:

$info  = DOKU_PLUGIN.strtolower($parts[2]).'/plugin.info.txt';

but IMHO better solution for the case #2 will be change "base" to lowercase name instead strtolower()
