Just IDLE Working...

Only IDLE Working...
PyCharm, Terminal, Python: subprocess.Popen() Can't End!!!
只有IDLE下正常，其余都不正常，优化了初始进程计数，添加了测试输出。

注：本脚本只是采用了threading，subprocess两个模块，将ping和用浏览器https查看域名结合的一个小工具。

一个新想法是，使用GAE检查Host可用的IP。
