Add testing codes

There is no testing codes in this project, try to add unit tests codes.

电台接口哪里来

Move licence section into a standalone file

When you create a new project, Github provides an option to generate a LICENSE file.

More important, Github will recognize it in the repository list.

Move the license content to a standalone LICENSE file.

Better docuementation of README

A better readme file to describe how to build this project.

For example,

Build it locally with ADB + emulator.
Build it with Geymotion.
Build on Cloud service to get CI/CD, I know there are some service provide online Android building env.

Remove OkHttp, Gson libs

Use Gradle to manage the dependencies.

Replace the build scripts with Gradle Kotlin DSL

Gradle has built-in Kotlin DSL, try to convert the gradle build scripts in Kotlin DSL.

Add anko to declare layout
