jamesdemo's Issues

Two json files that crashed screen_curves()

The following two json files created problems in james::screen_curves().

system.file("extdata", "test", "not_a_vector.json", package = "jamestest")
system.file("extdata", "test", "http400.json", package = "jamestest")

The not_a_vector file has only negative ages, and led to crash screen_curves() because it tried to sort an array of length 0.

The http400 file has no biological mother, but does have another caretaker. The internal minihealth::extract_agep() wasn't prepared for that, and returned NULL instead of NA, which produced an error for creating an S4 object of class "individual".

Both problems are corrected in james 0.13.0.
