RSI Monitor App

App that watches your computer activity and tells you to take breaks

  • Major WIP

Features

  • works on Windows and Mac
  • sends a notification if you've been active for 5 minutes
  • resets count if you've been inactive for 1 minute

How To Use This App

  1. clone this repo
  2. $ git clone [git-repo-url]
  3. go into RSI directory
  4. cd RSI
  5. install Nodejs dependencies (you will have to install Nodejs to run the following command)
  6. $ npm install
  7. start the app
  8. $ npm start
