Reduce the size of initramfs to increase boot speeds

There should be an option to not install all dri drivers to initramfs, artificially blowing it up in order to increase boot speeds.
Especially when using Secure Boot, initramfs size can dramatically impact boot speeds (for me, loading the initramfs grew from 40 MB -> 200 MB which resulted in a delay at boot of > 10 seconds),

, the script copies the dri drivers for various platforms to initramfs as some sort of "shotgun approach".
Doing so should stay the default approach I guess, but it shall be configurable, e.g. by adding quirks to /etc/unl0kr.conf

Note: To what I observed, HW acceleration is not necessary for showing unl0kr on my system. In fact, I neither put my intel GPU driver nor the dri drivers into my initramfs and I can use unl0kr with no problem.

Missing deps

I was missing cmake and scdoc.
It also doesn't have git and pkgconf as deps.
