Hello,
This error is coming out of librsync.
I would guess that ibdata1 is a huge file that changes, and librsync is not very good with huge files that change.
How big is it?

It's 460 M, How can I do for avoid that errors? Maybe, make a backup of the databases with the mysql tools, store them in a directory and after backup that directory?

It may not be that it is because it is huge.
Maybe it is because it is changing whilst burp is trying to read it.
Different things to try:
- Turn off librsync in burp
- Stop mysql before you back it up
