Hello,
Most likely it is because your burp client's openssl doesn't support blowfish file encryption, and you have burp file encryption turned on (indicated by the 'y' symbols in the output).

Openssl 3 deprecates the blowfish cipher.
burp-3.1.2 switches to aes-cbc instead of blowfish because of this.

Thank you for your quick answer! As you suspected, I built burp-2.4.0 with OpenSSL 3 instead of 1.1. I didn't think this was a problem because another server of mine has the same, but it turned out I didn't use file encryption there.
So after changing the build to use OpenSSL 1.1, everything works as expected, also on aarch64.
