What was the issue with GPIO3? Not sure Why I am not receiving any data from my generator at all, and curious what was your solution, although haven't tried yet GPIO22 just yet.

Hello. First of all let me tell you I've been looking for something like for looong time! Thanks for sharing.
I'm not well versed in ESP32 (never owned one) and I would like to know if you can recommend a replacement for it as I don't seem to find it in Argentina.

But I don't know how I would program it.

But they seem to be missing the external WiFi antenna connector.

I know my way around RPis and some Arduino but as I mentioned before, I never owned an ESP32 to make an informed decision. If you could help me out, it would be appreciated.

I set up the ESP32 per the guide and everything seems to be working as it should. I was able to monitor all the data and start and stop the generator from Genmon. The issue I am having is with the generator not supplying power. It will randomly stop providing power to the ESP32. I think it has something to do with the fact that it does not detect that the wifi adapter is plugged in so it just cuts the power. Have you run into this issue? My generator is on a Evolution 2.0 controller.
