What is the goal of this repository?

Maintaining this org is an unnecessary burden onto several different teams. We should delete this org, moving all necessary repositories to a more centralized org.

What questions need to be answered?

1. Is this org still necessary?
2. If there are repos that are still necessary:
   1. What are those repos?
   2. Who should own them?
   3. Where can we move them?

What happens if no one responds to this?
