As reported by @victordeniz at https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-7240, when anyone is attempting to install the latest version 0.2.2, the PHP dies with a fatal error:

line 37 of /local/assignbulk/lang/en/local_assignbulk.php: ParseError thrown

which puts the whole site into an error state.

Dear Gormster,
after installing the plugin, it was working fine for a month. suddenly an error cropped up. unable to view the pdf assignment visually in the student submission view. though able to download the pdf,
the highlight is, i had 4 instance in sandbox mode, all the instance have this plugin and the same error, where as we did not tampered the code or uploaded any file or even logged in to the sandbox mode instances which are test 100s of time using this plugin for upload.!!!
I am attaching the screenshot. As the screen shot say, the pdf is not corrupted. Able to upload and view in the defaut moodle upload prior to install this plugin. we checked this also by creating a new moodle instance.

I've installed the plugin and configure a file submission activity. After that, and before trying to upload anything, I've gone to Grade, getting an error on line 49 of lib.php. It seems that it can't find the assign class.
I solved provisionally for testing purposes adding a require_once.
