Error thrown with vertical orientation

Error: TypeError: xAxis.orient is not a function

Further observations:
I noticed this when trying to upgrade d3 in our codebase. It also seems the axis is not rendered for the samples code shared on this repo as well. Was the axis feature ported from the d3 v3.x plugin? Or maybe I am missing something.

Any demo page or status if this works?

I was going to try to port this as well as a way to somewhat learn D3 V4 but I'd rather tack onto your project if you got this working or mostly working.

I could do a demo page and some docs if it helps.

Also, I couldn't find a way to contact you ...

d3.select os not a function

Hi. I using d3 v4 ,angular 5 and your package to build bullet chart.but i'm getting d3.select is not a function.
