Is there a reason for this? 10000kHz would be better to cover 9,4MHz offset for 70cm repeater.

the signal paddle dah ... and mic ptt can be the same signal
when in sdrsoft select cw or ssb you can select to send carrier (cw) or modulated signal (ssb)
so on the gpio pins to outer world these can be ONE signal pin
that would free up another bit for band data or other things
gpio board should have a band decoder ic
something like a 74154 (4 bit to 16 decoder)
better two of them (selectable with the one free gpio pin above)
then we have 32 selectable outputs to switch filters etc
remember for shortwave around 9 or 10 are already used ... then add vhf uhf and higher ... and 16 bands is right at the border ... that is the reason why i though about a "FIFTH BIT" ....
