Hello! 👋🏻.

Despite logging into CDS Adventure through the emailed invitation link, the character is assigned a Visitor badge instead of Attendee.

I've gone through the FAQ and have checked all steps.

• Current Badge: Visitor

• Chat: Enabled

• Global Game Chat: Enabled, as peers will send greetings

• Chat Hours: Open

• Mod Mute: Off

• Email: Sent

Contacting [email protected] returns a Delivery Status Notification (Failure).

A buggy giftbox exists at (107, 74). Giftbox does not respond per normal behavior.

Description

Server connection behavior differs when refreshing the page vs. clicking the Retry button.

When logging into CDS Adventure, an error message arises:

Something went wrong! Server undefined not found.

Continuous Refresh

This error occurs upon multiple refreshes of the page. Sometimes a browser refresh beyond the 3rd attempt will randomly succeed and the realm list will appear. Although the attempt number at which the list will appear is random, all rounds of testing are initially met with the Server undefined not found message.

Refresh vs. Retry

When using the Retry button, server connection succeeds and the realm list immediately appears.

I've captured this behavior here. This video shows the initial connection attempt, connection error, persistent error when refreshing the page several tries, and realm list loading when the Retry button is used. I then interchange between the two actions to show how the connection will behave differently.
