The link Exit under the menu point HOME does not work. It asks to close the
browser, but clicking OK doesn't do anything

If a definition of a concept is empty, i.e. there is no definition at all,
there is no way to create one, because there is no NEW button

In the term codes tab I should only see the term codes that actually have
values

I deleted a concept today (10 August) and it shows up in the validation
module. 
But the dates in the validation module show up as 08-08-2007 09:09:40, for
both Creation Date and Modification Date. 
And when I apply filter for only Today, nothing shows!!

I created a new concept as subconcept of 'education', it showed up
correctly in the concept tree and also in the validation table. 
I clicked on accept in the validation module and then refreshed the concept
tree, but the concept has disappeared!!

When choosing a group, the description of this group shall be available in
a separate widget

Maybe, in the concept browse module that pops up, when you assign a new
relationship, we should incorporate as well the simple concept search
(additional to the browse) in order to give the user the possibility to
find a concept through searching with a keyword

In the relationship tab, there is a problem that the users show up in the
destination column instead of the user column, so the destination
information is actually missing

Create a guest log-in (i.e. a default login 'anonymous' with blank
password, that everybody can use).

When changing the scheme from the drop down list, the window should be
cleared and there should be a loading... message that tells the user the
progress of loading the new scheme tree

For example , If someone create new concept and then delete before the 
validator validate it . This should be remove from validator module also.

If I add a new concept, after sumbit, the concept detail window should
display the TERM tab. At the moment it displays the information tab by default.

In the concept view, it should also display the date of creation and the
date of last update of the concept

To check what exactly happens when deleting relationships, i.e. will the
sub-relationships be reconnected? Should the user choose? are there going
to be relationships that have 2 parents? what happens in such cases with
the sub-relationships?

In all tabs here need to be a buttons or something that can be clicked by
validator to approve or deny the proposal.

It shows for dummy concept 1 all main labels in all languages in the
concept tree, but for research only the french label recherche(fr). Why?

When adding an image to a concept, there is no place to enter the URL of
the image!

When deleting an image, the pop up should just close without showing the
second pop up that only says 'Finish' with the Close button

"AGROVOC its now being remodelled [4] using OWL, the Web Ontology Language
[1], into a more semantically structured system called the Concept Server
([2] and [3]). This will allow us to represent more knowledge including
more specific relationships and detailed terminology which can be exploited
for providing better services (e.g. semantic searches, etc.).

In order to maintain the new CS, a web-based system is under development
[5] for the distributed maintenance of the multilingual data.

A main difference from AGROVOC and the concept server is that we will have
the distinction between a "concept" and "term". For example: 
    - a concept is the idea of an organization
    - many terms may represent this concept: organization, organisation, org.,
agency, ag., etc.

In order to maintain data in the CS we need to set up roles for different
users. For example we will have terminology experts suggesting new terms to
existing or new concepts. Ontology expert may create relationships between
concepts. The list of identified user roles is:

    1- Guests (non logged in users): they can only make suggestions for new terms.
    2- Terminologists (term editors): they can manage the entire terminology
base in their own language(s).
    3- Ontology editors: they can also manage concepts and relationships.
    4- Validators: they check (approve or reject) the changes done by the
users n. 1-2-3. They can approve new registered users.
    5- Publishers: they are responsible for publishing the validated entities.
Only published entities will appear in exports that are used for indexing
and other purposes. 
    6- Super Users (administrators): they have full access to the system.

For the demo you may login as guest (sign in as Anonymous). The different
roles are not implemented yet. The idea is to have a workflow in which the
status of CS data changes based on user actions.

When creating a new relationship, after clicking submit, the pop up window
should close and the Relationships tab should refresh to show the new
relationship

Frequency of emails and initial page should be marked grey or somehow
deactivated for this version, until they have functionality

When adding a new user, then entering a few data and then clicking on
cancel, I get pop up: “Do you want to add new user?”. It should be do you
want to quit adding a new user... and then clicking on ok, all the text
fields should be cleared.

If a guest user logs in, he doesn't see some of the modules in the drop
down menu items, but the logo images still appear on the top and clicking
on them opens the module anyways. This needs to be fixed.

The web-based workbench is intended for distributed information management
specialists like terminology experts, AGROVOC editors and ontology experts
to provide the means to maintain the CS. It shall facilitate the editing of
concepts, terms and relationships, terminology and translation work as well
as the organization of the workflow and communication amongst the editors.  

currently, if I validate any concept, the concept tree is not updated until
I manually refresh. 
also if a concept is deleted in the concept tree for example, the detail
widget still displays the term and other info of the deleted concept
this information should always update automatically upon submit

Upon deletion of a term, the pop ups should disappear and the term tab
should be updated

Deleting a group should be possible without having to remove all users from
this group first. (showing a warn message to confirm by the user, sth. like
“Do you want to remove all users from this group and delete the group? some
users might not belong to any group after this transaction!”)

It should then also be possible to filter users by groups and have an
option to choose 'does not belong to group'

When I create a new concept and the moment I hit the submit button, for
some time, nothing happens, before I actually see the sign, Loading... Or
Work in Progress... Can this be done, so that I see it immediately? It's a
bit confusing that when I click on submit that for 5 seconds or so, I see
nothing happen at all.

Rename the title to AGROVOC Concept Server Workbench

when choosing members of a group, in the Add Group Members window, I should
have the possibility to mark several users (with shift or control key) in
order to add them with one single click on ‘Add’

'Date last updated' needs to be implemented throughout the module, i.e.
when I do any change in the concept, this date needs to be replaced with
today's date

The value of the date is showing a month less than actual.

The display language version is not implemented yet

Ontology dropdown list needs to show AGROVOC for now only

There should be a little cross button next to each term, to delete it
directly out of the term tab (without calling the pop up term widget)

Change default language to English and default ontology to AGROVOC (include
it in the list)

Adding a new user did not show him in the list of users

The tree in the concept module sometimes shows strange behaviour during
browsing the tree, i.e. when I scroll down in the tree, and then open up a
sub concept of a concept, the tree jumps up again to the first concept and
you get lost, i.e. the concept opens up, but you are redirected to the
beginning of the tree and need to scroll down again. 

In the image tab, the image info should go below the image and also the
buttons, edit, new and delete don't show

The Relationship tab should also contain columns for date created, date
last updated and a button or other functionality for changing the status.

For this and the status information we need to store every relationship
create,edit or delete first in an external database with the status and the
date and the user who did it. The validation module takes the info for the
Relationships tab from this database. 
When the validator approves a change, only then it gets executed in the OWL
model, otherwise (if he rejects), nothing will happen and the relationship
will not appear in or not be deleted from the OWL model.
