at start, ya-runtime-sgx should run wasi packages.

Hosted agent

• GET /sessions - listSession
• POST /sessions - createSession(contract, vote_id, timetoregister)
• POST /sessions/{mgrAddr} - registerVoter({sender}, {sign})
• start - start automatically after timetoregister blocks
• PUT /sessions/{mgrAddr}/{sender} - vote(...)
• report - after last vote.

Provider uses e.g. SIGTERM to gracefully exit exe-unit. With the current design, nsail process receives such a signal and terminates, using SIGKILL, whole sandbox. This leaves no opportunity for exe-unit to gracefully exit, send notifications etc. Note that entering a pid namespace requires a fork/clone.
Solutions:

1. Add a KILL message in communication protocol between provider and exe-unit.
2. Add a flag for nsjail that will forward SIGTERM signal to pid 1 inside sandbox.
