I imagine that everytime you see something for the first time the game stops right there for a few seconds and over the object there is an explainatory text like:
"Oh, this bird pooped. I don't want to get poop in my fur!"
or
"This is a bird, a nice one, it won't hurt me"
or
"These are mice. I like them. I just want to play with them!"
or
"This looks like my home. Bring me there"

The text is in white, kind of handwritten and has an arrow pointing right to the object in question.

Add the possibility to save your name and your score on a Highscore List. Doesn‘t need to be completely tamper proof (which won‘t be possible)

There should be a "campaign" mode where you do all the Levels and get score for them, and also a "single level/training" mode where you only do one level without any score.
