cannot load config while content not null.
not create .apollo cache file.

vgo manage go module.

 GO111MODULE=on; go mod download
 GO111MODULE=on; go mod vendor

When debug 、test or go run man.go ，'go run' directory is different from config directory.
we can use a default env variable 'CONF_HOME' to get app.yml dir.

export CONF_HOME=/<your config dir>
go run main.go

use custom logger for apollo.

Support yaml/yml config to struct.

we have situations. we get 50+ namespaces in apollo

if len(namespaces) > 50+( not exact), we cant watch any update from apollo changes.
when namespaces less then 50(not exact), we can watch. can anyone helps me to slove?
