Demo website for new forms delivery example

1. Create and publish a form
2. Go to forms listing page, open modal with options and click View code:

3. From the modal we need to copy Embed form (script) and Embed form (tag).

   

a) Embed form (script) should be added only once on a web page

b) Embed form (tag) should be added on web page in a place where form is supposed to be displayed
