seems to miss rendering first line nested.

I've started an attempt to fix it but seems like removing indentation in https://github.com/tonicebrian/tekstlib/blob/hotfix/nesting_vertical_elements/src/main/scala/gnieh/pp/SimpleDoc.scala#L68 breaks other tests so I'm not aware of the ramifications.

If after common prefix and suffix have been removed, on of the remaining sequences is empty, then an empty Common element is added to the Lcs.

I don't know what can I do wrong, but sbt "benchmarks/test:compile" fails with errors for me. Starting from not found: type MustacheParser on SimpleBenchmark.scala:34.

If it is not intended to run with sbt test, please add this information to README how to run it. Or does it require additional setup to work with sbt test?

The splitPrefixSuffix tracks common prefix and suffix.
When both overlap such as in inputs aaabaaa and aaaa there should be only a common prefix which is aaa and a suffix which is a. The first three as should not be taken into account in both prefix and suffix.
