Utility functions and classes for C++

Below is the list of available classes:

File Description
array2d.h a 2d column major array with an interface similar to std::array
argmgr.h an argument parser to manage of CLI arguments
attributes.h a genertic class to hander attributes attached to an object
colormap.h a simple 1D colormap class
log.h a basic log class that prints message to console or files
singleton.h a generic singleton class
timer.h a timer class based on std::chrono

Notes

The code is this repo is compiled from my personal projects and its features reflects their requirements. I will keep updating it as my requirements evolves. I have tested the code on with g++ on Windows and Linux but it should also work with clang. Please let me know if you encounter any issue or bug.
