Create one basic interceptor for logging the received request.

This should use the server interceptors field - when bringing up the gRPC server.
For the interceptors add this package to the setup.cfg.
You could also use the example for checking how to use the interceptors.

Description

For the moment, in the code, the ring_size (2 **64) is hard coded in some places.
Move that to a method/global variable to reduce the risk of changing the value in only one place.

At the moment, when you start a gRPC server (using the script mentioned in the title) you need to manually specify a port.
Use the socket library from python to automatically get a free port and print that out to the user.
