esc_pos_dart

ESC/POS thermal WiFi printer support for Dart (non-Flutter dependent).

Original Work

This package is based on the packages esc_pos_printer and esc_pos_utils by Andrey Ushakov (andrey-ushakov@GitHub). Both packages are Flutter dependent, which makes it impossible to use in Dart pure applications.

flutter_test from sdk, version solving failed.

Resolving dependencies...
Because every version of flutter_test from sdk depends on collection 1.17.1 and esc_pos_dart >=1.0.2 depends on collection ^1.17.2, flutter_test from sdk is incompatible with esc_pos_dart >=1.0.2.
So, because myApp depends on both esc_pos_dart ^1.0.4 and flutter_test from sdk, version solving failed.
exit code 1

Possibility to parse ESC-POS

Does this library supports parsing ESC-POS data (reversed process)?

Could not get it working together with esc_pos_utils package

Getting issue:
Because every version of esc_pos_utils from path depends on image ^4.0.17 and every version of esc_pos_dart depends on image ^3.0.2

Check status of connected cash-drawer (new feature?)

I see from the codebase that you've got drawer commands. Is that solely to open the cash-drawer based of the original author commands or can it also be used to poll the status of the cash-drawer connected to the printer?

I'm currently developing a software for a company in Norway where they have rules regarding inputs and sales if the drawer is open so I would need a way of polling the status of the cash drawer to put the entire application on hold whilst the drawer is open.

If it's not possible using this package, do you think it would be a simple task adding it to the package?
