ReportController - erro ao desconectar plataforma inesperadamente

Erro não critico, ReportController reseta estado da interface sem soltar erros. Processo continua em execução mesmo sem receber dados. UI expoe elementos iniciais reescrevendo estado atual.

Causa: ReportController não cancela medição em eventual perda de sinal.
Solução: Ao detectar perda de sinal, processo de medição é cancelado (se estiver em andamento) e UI é congelada. Reset reseta toda a UI, e buffer de dados
