Is the lastest blocks saved inside docker image?
Everytime i restart the server it start downloading the chain from the start aka from block number from the snapshot.

I did download the snapshot of block chain. I have 2 problems.

1. Node goes to loop
   

2. Peers threshold 2

I tried everything. I started over and redownloaded the chain. I just wont full Sync.

Please Help me to get this working.
