Deleting computer equipment permanently about glpi HOT 3 CLOSED

By "devices" it refers to components, not connected assets like monitors/printers or software (except software installations which are child items on the computer itself).

As Curtis said, that's not the same. I'm pretty sure GLPI cannot assert a linked equipment can be deleted along with its parent; it has no way to know if it's relevant or not. Only link between them can be "safely" removed.

I guess the better solution would be to rely on a cleaning crontask action; you can propose that on suggestion website, since this is a feature request rather than a bug.
